Jimmie Willis, Jr.
Jimmie attended Cumberland County College and later Eastern University where he graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He grew up playing soccer, baseball and basketball where he developed his teamwork skills. In college, he played on the men’s basketball team where he further sharpened his team player approach. He loves communicating with people any chance he gets and he would love to hear from you.
I love working here. I am a VERY family oriented person and this atmosphere is what you get working at Garden State Highway Products. I enjoy coming to work every day knowing that we complete tasks as a team, not as individuals.
Inside Account Executive
Devin is a Millville native who is currently attending Gloucester County College in the Computer Information Systems program. She graduated from Hillwood High in Nashville, TN and worked at numerous restaurants there. Devin has several years of customer service experience which brought her onto the sales team at GSHP.
In her free time, Devin loves to spend time with her daughter. Her goals for the future are to further her education and career in business while providing a bright future for her daughter.

Luis Alvarez is a recent addition to the Garden State Highway Products’ sales’ team. Born and raised in Vineland, New Jersey, Luis recently completed his Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Cumberland County College. Luis credits his lifelong passion for playing soccer to giving him the skills to be a team player, to teaching him self-discipline and to allowing him to never set limits and to always set goals for himself. All these qualities will serve Luis well in his new position here.
In his spare time, Luis enjoys staying active. He continues to play soccer as well to go fishing, to go crabbing and to go disc golfing. GSHP is happy to have this accomplished young man as part of our account executive staff. Luis believes in living by the words of Albert Einstein that he has quoted here. We know that he will grow with and help grow our company.

Josh Brown grew up in Vineland, NJ. He is currently attending Argosy University for Business Management. I want to be able to provide the kind of life and future my children and family deserve. They keep me going and I don’t think there is any better motivation then family. With a strong background in customer relations, it was a natural transition into the Account Executive position at GSHP. I consider myself to be a people person and I will always go above and beyond to assure that anyone I come in contact with walks away with a pleasant vibe and attitude towards me. The journey has only begun but I am more than excited to see where the future of this company leads me and my career.

NJ Account Executive
Nick has been with Garden State Highway Products, Inc. (GSHP) for three years and he is the company’s New Jersey, New York and Long Island Account Executive. Before starting at GSHP, Nick spent 26 years with the Nutley, NJ Police Department. He spent most of his police career focusing on traffic enforcement and he received several certifications in accident reconstruction and work zone safety. While with the Nutley PD, he was the liaison between the township as a customer and GSHP as a vendor. After retiring from the Nutley PD, Nick came aboard as a sales representative.
Nick is a married father of 2 grown boys and in his free time enjoys Blues music and a good cigar. Nick is also a NJPTC and NRA certified firearms instructor.
PA Account Executive
Jeremy is the Pennsylvania Account Executive for GSHP. He has a total of 12 years’ experience in the traffic safety products’ industry having previously worked as Purchasing Manager for a highway safety company in the Harrisburg, PA area. His years working in the Harrisburg business gave Jeremy a valuable knowledge of sign materials as well as of many other highway safety products. Prior to working in the traffic safety industry, Jeremy worked in the electronics field where he utilized his electronics school degree.
Jeremy is personable and particularly enjoys interacting with customers and sharing information to help them find the best products to suit their needs. Jeremy, his wife and four daughters reside in Central Pennsylvania. He has been active singing in his own music ministry for more than 25 years.
Natasha graduated from Argosy University with an Associate Degree in Behavioral Science. She graduated as a certified medical assistant and worked several years in the medical field. Additionally, Natasha dedicated 8 years to teaching preschoolers in the Millville and Vineland area and worked in the restaurant business for 14 years as a server.
Natasha is a proud mom of 3 wonderful children. In her spare time, she and her children love to travel and to discover parks and restaurants along her journeys.
Natasha decided to join the GSHP family as Sales Support Coordinator. She is perfect for this position as she enjoys working with the public.
